The maker

Bettina

Grew up in a small sewing shop in Kansas. Still makes everything by hand — now from a studio in northern Colorado.

From the prairie

A shop that stayed small on purpose

Our roots stem from central Kansas, where Bettina learned to embroider, sew, and finish things carefully at a table that was never very big. The work was always made in small amounts — enough for the people who ordered, never so much that it sat around. Family and friends were always present, a happy place for all to enjoy.

That same approach moved with her to northern Colorado. The studio is still one person, a few machines, and only the pieces she can finish well. No large runs. No leftover inventory. Just the work that fits the season.

Northern Colorado

Still making it the same way

Bettina now works from a studio in northern Colorado. The landscape changed, but the rhythm of the work did not. Mornings still start with threads and a hoop, ornaments under the press, and boxes being packed one at a time.

Everything is finished in small batches so each piece can stay personal — whether it is a monogrammed tote, a ceramic ornament with a family design, or a gift box built around someone specific.

If you have something in mind, she will make it with you.
